Sabra Bibi Shah was a cherished figure in Scotland’s South Asian Muslim community — a devoted wife, mother, and lifelong teacher of the Qur’an. After settling in Glasgow in 1980, she played a key role in nurturing women’s religious education and became a guiding presence for generations. Her legacy of faith, service, and compassion lives on in the many lives she touched.
