1925 – 2025
Sgt Mohammad Hussain was a decorated WWII veteran, community leader, and tireless advocate for remembrance. After moving to the UK in 1960, he dedicated his life to supporting war widows, new migrants, and promoting military service and remembrance. Even into his later years, Sgt Hussain remained a powerful voice for interfaith unity and inclusion, leaving behind a legacy of courage, service, and community leadership.
