At Pakistan Independence Day celebrations on 14th August 2019 in the Pakistan Consulate in Glasgow, Colourful Heritage trustee Tariq Shaikh, Project Officer Dr. Saqib Razzaq and Humzah Razzaq presented to the Consul General Muhammad Rumman Ahmed a commemorative picture frame containing photographs and early documents taken from the Bashir Maan archive which celebrate the positive contributions made over 50 years ago by the Scottish Pakistani community.
Ahead of India’s Independence Day celebration 2019, Colourful Heritage gifted a picture frame to the Indian Consulate General in Edinburgh highlighting the positive contributions and the the good relations between the Indian and Pakistani community in Scotland.
